| Resumen: | A presente tese, intitulada "Contradições do Contexto Necropolítico nas Vivências das Juventudes : Teimosia e Reinvenção como Elementos de Transformação Social", tem como objetivo primordial realizar uma análise crítica das experiências vivenciadas pelos jovens pertencentes às periferias urbanas, com abordagem no Centro de Juventude – CPCA da Lomba do Pinheiro, situada em Porto Alegre, no contexto necropolítico contemporâneo. Esta análise procura destacar as contradições dialéticas que emergem entre a lógica de descartabilidade de vidas humanas imposta pelos sistemas opressivos e a tenaz resistência demonstrada pelas juventudes na construção de suas identidades, bem como na busca de alternativas transformadoras para suas vivências. No decorrer desta investigação, estabeleço um diálogo crítico entre os pensamentos de Achille Mbembe e Paulo Freire, com apoio das contribuições teóricas de Pierre Bourdieu, Karl Marx, Michel Foucault e José Carlos Libâneo. Esses referenciais teóricos fundamentam a análise das práticas sociais e educativas voltadas para jovens, bem como o exame dos impactos psicossociais da necropolítica. Dessa forma, a pesquisa ressalta a importância da promoção da acessibilidade, inclusão e desenvolvimento das juventudes, bem como sua sobrevivência diante das repercussões da questão social em um país que marginaliza os menos privilegiados, chegando a ceifar vidas de camadas sociais específicas, como é o caso das juventudes das periferias o que evidencia o caráter necropolítico orquestrado pelo Estado. Os resultados desta pesquisa adensam a compreensão das dinâmicas sociais e estruturais que impactam populações pauperizadas e excluídas como as juventudes periféricas, além de estimular reflexões e práticas transformadoras que guardam potencial de promoção a emancipação, autonomia e resistência diante do contexto necropolítico.
The present thesis, titled "Contradictions of the Necropolitical Context in the Experiences of Youth: Tenacity and Reinvention as Elements of Social Transformation," aims to conduct a critical analysis of the experiences lived by young individuals from urban peripheries, with a focus on the Youth Center – CPCA in Lomba do Pinheiro, located in Porto Alegre, within the contemporary necropolitical context. This analysis seeks to highlight the dialectical contradictions that arise between the logic of disposability of human lives imposed by oppressive systems and the steadfast resistance demonstrated by young people in constructing their identities, as well as in their quest for transformative alternatives in their lives. Throughout this investigation, I establish a critical dialogue between the thoughts of Achille Mbembe and Paulo Freire, supported by the theoretical contributions of Pierre Bourdieu, Karl Marx, Michel Foucault, and José Carlos Libâneo. These theoretical frameworks underpin the analysis of social and educational practices directed toward young people, as well as the examination of the psychosocial impacts of necropolitics. Thus, the research emphasizes the importance of promoting accessibility, inclusion, and the development of youth, as well as their survival in the face of the repercussions of social issues in a country that marginalizes the less privileged, even to the extent of claiming lives from specific social strata, such as the youth from the peripheries, thereby revealing the necropolitical character orchestrated by the State. The findings of this research deepen the understanding of the social and structural dynamics that impact impoverished and excluded populations, such as peripheral youth, while also encouraging reflections and transformative practices that hold the potential for promoting emancipation, autonomy, and resistance within the necropolitical context. |
