A missão da igreja: do Concílio Vaticano II a Conferência de Aparecida : um aggiornamento necessário

Abstract

A missão da Igreja tem alcançado uma dimensão de importância maior nos últimos tempos, em vista das mudanças de contexto que a interrogam a renovar-se e ao mesmo tempo a ser fiel à sua essência e tradição eclesiais nas novas exigências do tempo presente. A Missão da Igreja - do Concílio Vaticano II a Conferência de Aparecida: um aggiornamento necessário é o tema desta dissertação visando expor o conteúdo pesquisado a partir de sua fundamentação teológico-sistemática. A relação fundante da Igreja com Jesus Cristo é o ponto de partida para uma correta compreensão de sua essência e consequentemente de sua missão. É a partir desta reflexão de base que procuramos sintetizar o caminho missionário da Igreja no período compreendido entre o Concílio Vaticano II - e sua inspiração renovadora da vida e da missão da Igreja – até a Conferência de Aparecida, com seus novos indicativos para o discipulado e esforço missionário. As Conferências Episcopais Latino-Americanas – Medellín, Puebla e Santo Domingo – são como que o elo de ligação e o fio condutor por onde o aggiornamento desejado pelo Concílio vai gerando a vida e renovando o impulso originário para que o Evangelho de Jesus Cristo vá fecundando o coração das comunidades e da sociedade numa perspectiva encarnatória, onde o advento do Eterno no tempo pode sempre abrir novas perspectivas de salvação e libertação. Uma leitura de contexto em vista de uma evangelização renovada deverá ter sempre como chave de compreensão a redenção conquistada por Cristo em seu mistério pascal, tendo como fatores de mediação as exigências atuais do anúncio, do diálogo, do serviço e do testemunho de comunhão.

The mission of the Church has reached a size of greater importance in recent times in view of changing circumstances, the questioning to renew itself while being true to its essence and ecclesial tradition in the new requirements of the present time. The Mission of the Church - the Vatican II Conference of Aparecida: an aggiornamento needed is the theme of this dissertation in order to expose the content searched from their theological and systematic reasoning. The relationship founding of the Church with Jesus Christ is the starting point for a correct understanding of its essence and consequently its mission. It is from this basic reflection that we try to synthesize the missionary journey of the Church in the period between Vatican II - and his inspiration for the renewal of life and mission of the Church - to the conference in Aparecida, with their new codes for discipleship and missionary effort. The Latin American Episcopal Conference - Medellin, Puebla and Santo Domingo - are like the link and the thread where the aggiornamento desired by the Council will generate the lives and renewing the fervor for the Gospel of Jesus Christ will fertilize the heart of communities and society in an incarnational perspective, where the advent of the Eternal in time can always open new prospects for salvation and deliverance. A reading of the context in view of a renewed evangelization should always have as a key to understanding the redemption achieved by Christ in his Paschal Mystery, as factors mediating the demands of today's announcement, dialogue, service and witness of communion.
