Pertencer ao espaço comunitário: desafio da auto-eco-organização de famílias moradoras do Campo da Tuca

Abstract

Esta pesquisa objetivou investigar como famílias moradoras da Comunidade do Campo da Tuca/ Partenon/ Porto Alegre organizam estratégias de inserção no espaço comunitário, possibilitando um processo de pertencimento social. O sentimento de pertencimento social é inerente ao ser humano, pois todos nós de alguma forma buscamos pertencer a algum espaço e/ou lugar, seja por uma questão geográfica, cultural, social, étnica, entre outras. Nesse sentido, o estudo com famílias, com suas múltiplas configurações e formas de organização, necessita de um olhar além do espaço doméstico, agregando suas diferenças, seus conflitos e demandas na busca de seu pertencimento comunitário, através de uma visão capaz de identificar não só fragilidades, mas também potencialidades que são desenvolvidas num cotidiano tão adverso. Por isso, as famílias vêm se auto-ecoorganizando na comunidade através de estratégias e de um conjunto de práticas que possam garantir o seu pertencimento social, as quais podem, posteriormente, serem consideradas no planejamento e execução de políticas sociais mais efetivas.A problemática desta pesquisa foi construída no Paradigma da Complexidade, o qual busca romper com os limites deterministas e simplificados, incorporando o acaso, a probabilidade e a incerteza como parâmetros necessários à compreensão da realidade. As possibilidades trazidas pelo pensamento complexo para o embasamento desta pesquisa são muitas, entre elas estão: a facilidade de construir um pensamento articulado, unindo vários aspectos da realidade, a compreensão de que não existem fenômenos de causa única, e que a inflexibilidade diante do novo reduz nosso campo de visão. Este referencial me faz pensar na família de forma integrada, apreendendo suas particularidades como pertencentes a diferentes grupos sociais e, para isso, é fundamental levar em consideração as estratégias adotadas por essas famílias, que implicam a adoção de complexas medidas, tanto de caráter econômico, social, cultural, como de pertencimento que contribuam para o desenvolvimento do grupo familiar e amenizem situações adversas.

This research intends to investigate how families living at the Community of Campo da Tuca/ Partenon/ Porto Alegre organize strategies of insertion in the communitarian space, making possible a process of social belonging. The feeling of social belonging is inherent to the human being, therefore all of us search somehow to belong to any space and/or place, either for a geographic, cultural, social, ethnic, or others questions. In this direction, the study with families, with its multiple configurations and organization forms, needs a view beyond to the domestic space, adding its differences, its conflicts and demands in search of its communitarian belonging, through a vision capable to identify not only fragilities, but also potentialities that are developed in a so adverse daily. Therefore, the families have auto-echo-organizing themselves in the community through strategies and a set of practical that may guarantee their social belonging and, later, to be considered in the planning and execution of more effective social policies. The problematic of this research was organized on the basis of the Paradigm of the Complexity, which searchs to breach with determinist and simplified limits, incorporating perhaps, the probability and the uncertainty as necessary parameters to the understanding of the reality. The possibilities brought by the complex thought for the basements of this search are many, among them are: the easiness to construct an articulated thought, joining many aspects of the reality, the understanding that there are no phenomena of only cause, and that the inflexibility ahead of the new reduces our field of vision.This referential makes me wonder about the family in an integrated form, apprehending its particularities as pertaining to different social groups and, for this, it is fundamental to take in consideration the strategies adopted for these families, that imply the adoption of complex measures, as much of economic, social, cultural character, as of belonging that contributes for the development of the familiar group and brightens up adverse situations.
