Inferências na interface semântica e pragmática: uma investigação através dos diálogos do reality show

Abstract

Esse trabalho visa descrever e verificar processos inferenciais dialógicos semânticos e pragmáticos presentes no gênero televisivo Reality Show, mais especificamente no Big Brother Brasil 9, produzido pela Rede Globo de Televisão. Para tanto, firma-se nos estudos inferenciais de Grice (1975), Sperber e Wilson (1986/1995/2008), Levinson (2000) e Costa (2008/2009), mais especificamente nos processos inferenciais descritos, explicados e ilustrados pelos autores. Baseado na transcrição não técnica de inferências lingüísticas retiradas do Big Brother Brasil 9 é possível afirmar que as mesmas atuam no processo cognitivo de tomada de decisão e demonstrar como isso ocorre.

This paper aims to describe and verify semantic and pragmatic dialogic inferential processes existing in the Reality Television genre, more specifically in Big Brother Brasil 9, produced by Globo Network. For such, it is based on Grice (1975), Sperber and Wilson (1986, 1995, 2008), Levinson (2000) and Costa's (2009) inferential studies, more specifically on the inferential processes described, explained and illustrated by the authors. Based on the non-technical transcription of linguistic inferences taken from Big Brother Brazil 9 it is possible to state that such inferences act on the decision making cognitive process and to demonstrate how this occur.
