As representações docentes sobre os estudantes incluídos nos cursos do IF Sul-Rio-Grandense, campus charqueadas

Abstract

Esta dissertação discute alguns significados que se produzem e reproduzem nas políticas de inclusão, problematizando as representações docentes sobre os estudantes com deficiência nos cursos do IF Sul-rio-grandense, Campus Charqueadas. Tal objetivo está ancorado nas indagações que realizamos a cerca das condições concretas de constituição desses sujeitos, marcadas por conflitos entre as políticas públicas ditas inclusivas e a estrutura política, econômica, social e cultural brasileira, levando em conta, também, os aspectos históricos que versam sobre a educação do sujeito com deficiência, o seu papel social e os valores éticos e estéticos presentes em nossa sociedade. As informações coletadas através de entrevistas semi-estruturadas foram interpretadas qualitativamente através da análise de conteúdo. Ao longo das entrevistas realizadas com um grupo de sete docentes, aspectos das suas vivências pessoais e profissionais, constituidores de identidades profissionais destes sujeitos, destacaram-se suas narrativas, apontando os meios como esses se relacionam com a diferença. Para análise foram utilizadas quatro dimensões: políticas de inclusão, relações com a diferença, narrativas sobre o outro e aprendizagem. Os resultados são apresentados em forma de texto descritivo e interpretativo. Desta forma, construíram-se conceitos importantes acerca da inclusão e como ela pode operar como dispositivo de governamentalidade dos sujeitos docentes.

This dissertation elaborates on some meanings which are produced and reproduced in the inclusion policies, dealing with teachers' representations about students with some impairment in the courses of the Federal Institute Sul-Rio-Grandense – Campus Charqueadas. This objective is based on considerations we have had about the concrete conditions of these subjects' constitutions, marked by conflicts between public policies, so-called inclusive, and Brazilian political, economic, social and cultural structure, taking also into consideration the historical aspects which envisage the education of the disabled subject, his or her social role and the ethical and aesthetic values that are present in our society. The information, collected through semi-structured interviews, has been interpreted qualitatively by means of content analysis. Throughout the interviews, made with a group of seven teachers, aspects of their personal and professional lives, which constitute their professional identities, we have focused on their narratives as an indication of how they relate to the difference. For the analysis, we have used four dimensions: policy of inclusion, relations with the difference, narratives about the other, and learning. The results are presented in the form of a descriptive and interpretative text. We have thus attempted to build up important concepts about inclusion and how it can work out as a governability device for the teachers-subjects.
