| Abstract: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar a construção narrativa do juiz Sergio Moro durante a prisão do ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, em abril de 2018, pelos jornais Zero Hora e Correio do Povo. Para entender como cada um dos veículos retratou o caso, recorremos à análise de conteúdo proposta por Laurence Bardin (2016), a fim de entender o protagonismo do magistrado. A pesquisa busca compreender o episódio, jornalisticamente, com apoio teórico dos gêneros jornalísticos organizados por Melo (2016) e das teorias da comunicação – em especial a agenda-setting, de McCombs (2009), e o enquadramento, proposto por Bateson (2000), sob a ótica do espetáculo, de Debord (2003). A ordem de prisão, ocorrida no âmbito da Operação Lava Jato, é contextualizada histórica e politicamente por Dallagnol (2017) e Warde (2018). Conclui-se que o juiz foi apenas um coadjuvante da cobertura extensiva, apesar de ser fortemente personificado.
This paper aims to investigate the narrative construction of Sergio Moro during the arrest of ex-president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, in April 2018, by the newspapers Zero Hora and Correio do Povo. To understand how each vehicle covered the case, we resort to content analysis, proposed by Laurence Bardin (2016) in order to realize the magistrate protagonism. The research seeks to understand the episode, journalistically, with theoretical support from the journalistic genres organized by Melo (2016) and from the theories of communication – in particular the agenda-setting, by McCombs (2009), and the framework, proposed by Bateson (2000), with the perspective of Debord (2003) spetacle. The prison order, which occurred within the scope of Operação Lava Jato, is historically and politically contextualized by Dallagnol (2017) and Warde (2018). It is concluded that the judge was only an adjunct to extensive coverage despite being personified. |
