| Resumen: | A presente dissertação traz como tema central o trabalho de assistentes sociais na realização de perícias sociais em processos judiciais de curatela. O objetivo foi entender como se configura o trabalho profissional, com foco em evidenciar as particularidades do trabalho com essa demanda. O trabalho de assistentes sociais junto ao Poder Judiciário tem crescido e ganhado repercussão na produção teórica da área nos últimos anos. Todavia, nota-se que a produção acerca do fazer profissional, em específico com o tema curatela, é escassa. Com isso, entende-se que a riqueza da prática cotidiana, onde evidenciam-se as particularidades desse trabalho, fica escondida e minimizada dentro de um debate mais amplo sobre o trabalho de assistentes sociais no Poder Judiciário. Com o intuito de articular a produção teórica com a prática, o texto foi elaborado com base na pesquisa exploratória de enfoque misto realizada pela autora. Para tal, foi utilizado um questionário on-line contando com a participação de 26 profissionais, revisão bibliográfica de teses/dissertações e artigos sobre a temática e análise documental de legislações. Quanto às técnicas para análise dos dados, utilizou-se de análise de conteúdo com base em Bardin e o método estatístico simples para as informações quantitativas. Enquanto resultados, destaca-se que foi possível evidenciar uma série de particularidades, como: a necessidade de compreender a situação do curatelado e suas possibilidades e, a partir disso, pensar em estratégias para que ele participe do processo de forma a garantir-lhe atenção e escuta sensível sem gerar algum malefício à sua condição; a necessidade de reconhecer assuntos no campo da saúde para saber como aquele CID (Código de Identificação da Doença) se manifesta e como influencia a situação específica do curatelado em questão.No que se refere às contribuições, destacamos as contribuições no campo do conhecimento e análise da realidade por meio da visão crítica do Serviço Social e as contribuições no campo das orientações aos curadores e curatelados. Localizamos alguns desafios, evidenciando-se que a precarização do mundo do trabalho agudizada nos últimos anos tem afetado o trabalho do Serviço Social, com contornos mais acentuados no que se refere aos profissionais peritos.
The present dissertation focuses on the work of social workers in conducting social expertise in legal guardianship proceedings. The objective was to understand how the professional work is configured, with a focus on highlighting the specificities of working with this demand. The work of social workers within the Judiciary has grown and gained attention in the theoretical production of the field in recent years. However, it is noted that the production regarding the specific professional work with the guardianship theme is scarce. Therefore, it is understood that the richness of daily practice, where the particularities of this work are highlighted, is hidden and minimized within a broader debate about the work of social workers in the Judiciary. In order to connect theoretical production with practice, the text was developed based on the author's exploratory research with a mixed-methods approach. For this purpose, an online questionnaire was used with the participation of 26 professionals, along with a literature review of theses/dissertations and articles on the topic, and documentary analysis of legislation. Regarding the techniques for data analysis, content analysis based on Bardin was used, and a simple statistical method was employed for quantitative information. Regarding the results, it was possible to highlight a series of particularities such as: the need to understand the situation of the ward and their possibilities, and, from there, think about strategies for their participation in the process in order to ensure attention and sensitive listening without causing any harm to their condition; the need to recognize issues in the field of health, to understand how that ICD (International Classification of Diseases) manifests and how it influences the specific situation of the ward in question.As for the contributions, we highlight contributions in the field of knowledge and analysis of reality through the critical view of Social Work, as well as contributions in the field of guidance to guardians and wards. We identified some challenges, noting that the precarization of the world of work, intensified in recent years, has affected Social Work with more pronounced contours, especially regarding professional experts. |
