| Resumo: | O presente relatório, apresenta a pesquisa sobre a Agroecologia como componente curricular na Educação Básica aliada ao ensino de Ciências, a qual busca contribuir ao desenvolvimento da educação integral dos sujeitos. A Agroecologia alia diversos conceitos em torno do seu significado, como a ecologia, a agricultura e a economia, mas não configura-se apenas como mudança de técnica agrícola. Voltado à área de ensino, a Agroecologia constitui um conjunto de elementos que integram a sustentabilidade, a responsabilidade, a consciência e o respeito ao meio ambiente e às práticas agrícolas. O componente curricular de Agroecologia, alvo desta investigação, é ministrado na escola pesquisada desde os anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental até o Ensino Médio. Os participantes desta pesquisa, são estudantes do 9º ano dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental, pois buscou-se compreender as contribuições da Agroecologia ao final do ciclo do Ensino Fundamental. O estudo tem como objetivo geral, compreender como o ensino da Agroecologia, aliado ao ensino de Ciências, contribui com elementos que favorecem a educação integral de estudantes da Educação Básica.Com isso, têm-se como problema de pesquisa: De que forma o componente curricular de Agroecologia, aliada ao ensino de Ciências na Educação Básica, repercute na educação integral dos estudantes? Para responder aos objetivos da pesquisa de caráter qualitativo do tipo Estudo de Caso, foi utilizado um livreto de atividades como método de coleta de dados, baseado em um diário solicitado, proposto por Pedron (2020). O livreto apresenta-se com perguntas pessoais aos estudantes e questões envolvendo os conteúdos de Agroecologia. Essa mistura de exercícios justifica-se em tornar o livreto mais fluido, fazendo com que os estudantes se expressassem de diversas formas, como desenhos, escritas, histórias em quadrinhos e peças de teatro. Os dados provenientes da pesquisa, foram analisados por meio da Análise Textual Discursiva, proposta por Moraes e Galiazzi (2016), os quais emergiram três categorias de novas compreensões acerca dos discursos pesquisados.Os resultados apontaram que a aliança entre o ensino de Ciências e Agroecologia predispõe à atuação social dos estudantes, na perspectiva de atuações cidadãs, críticas e reflexivas na sociedade em seu entorno. Também, a produção, o cultivo e a colheita no ensino de Agroecologia e suas relações entre atividades práticas e teóricas contribuem à educação humana e ao trabalho coletivo, refletindo em seus processos de ensino e aprendizagem em sala de aula e em seu convívio em comunidade. Além disso, a forte ligação e pertencimento dos estudantes ao educandário, devido ao tempo integral da escola, potencializa o desenvolvimento e a construção do ser humano íntegro, tornando-se cidadãos éticos e atuantes em seu meio.
This research presents Agroecology from the perspective of a discipline in Basic Education, combined with Science teaching, with the aim of contributing to the development of people integral education. Agroecology concept combines different meanings, such as ecology, agriculture and economics, but it is not just a change in agricultural technique. In educational area, Agroecology is a set of elements that integrate sustainability, responsibility, awareness and respect for the environment and agricultural practices. The Agroecology discipline, object of this investigation, is taught in the researched school from the early years of Elementary School to High School. The research participants are 9th grade students, as an attempt was made to understand the contributions of Agroecology at the end of the Elementary School cycle. The general aim of this study is understand how Agroecology teaching, combined with Science teaching, contributes to the integral education of Basic Education students. Thus, the research problem is: How does the Agroecology discipline, combined with Science teaching in Basic Education, affect the students integral education? To answer the objectives of this case study qualitative research, an activity booklet was used as a data collection method, based on a diary proposed by Pedron (2020).The booklet presented to students has personal and Agroecology contents questions. These mixed exercises are justified to make the booklet more fluid, so that students express themselves in different ways, such as drawings, writing, comic books and theatre plays. The research data were analyzed using Discursive Text Analysis, proposed by Moraes and Galiazzi (2016), which emerged three categories of new understandings about the researched discourses. The results showed that the union between Science teaching and Agroecology predisposes students to social action, from the perspective of critical, citizen and reflective actions in the surrounding society. The production, growing and harvesting activities of Agroecology teaching and its relationship with theory also contribute to human education and collective work, reflecting on their teaching and learning processes in the classroom and on their interaction in the community. In addition, the strong connection and feeling of belonging of the students to the school, due to the full time period, enhances the development and construction of the human integrity, making them ethical and active citizens in their environment. |
