Comunicação, educação e mediações tecnológicas: o Teleformar como organização de educação a distância

Abstract

A proposta desta tese se concentra nas trocas geradas pelo projeto Teleformar, levando em consideração os campos da comunicação e da educação mediados por tecnologias de comunicação. O pensamento complexo de Edgar Morin configura o método desta pesquisa, que aborda a dialógica das tecnologias educacionais e comunicacionais, da educação a distância e da educação formal. A inter-relação desses elementos é observada também por outros autores que contribuem com o pensamento transdisciplinar para a emancipação de novos campos do saber. O Teleformar, objeto desta pesquisa, é analisado a partir dos conceitos de organização e de sistema, além de outras referências teóricas, tendo sido reconstruído empiricamente mediante várias técnicas de pesquisa. Através desses procedimentos, evidencia-se o movimento de ligação e de religação do todo e das partes, a partir dos diversos agentes que integraram esta experiência.

The proposition in this thesis focuses on the exchanges generated by the Teleformar project, taking into account the areas of communication and education mediated by communication technologies. Edgar Morin's complex thinking configures the method of this research work and addresses the dialog dynamics between educational and communication technologies, of distance education and formal education. The interconnection of these elements is also noted by other authors who contribute to the transdisciplinary thinking dedicated to the emancipation of new fields of knowledge. Teleformar, the object of this research work, is analyzed based on the concepts of organization and structure, in addition to other theoretical references, and has been empirically reconstructed through several research techniques. Through these procedures, the movement of connection and reconnection between the whole and its parts is evinced by the different agents participating in this experience.
